  • You may call or email with any questions before booking a session. Please allow approximately 24 hours for a response.

  • All sessions are remote via Zoom or phone. Once you book your session, a Zoom link will be sent with your confirmation. If you chose a phone session, please disregard the Zoom link.

    While booking a remote session, you can set your time zone to see the time of the session based on your location.

    Important to know before booking a remote session: You must have a strong internet connection.

  • Your full name, sex, age, location and your intention for the session.

  • Your full name, sex, age, and location. If you have specific challenges or requests, you may add them in the description notes when purchasing this product.

  • Your full name, location, type of animal, animal’s name, age, sex, and whether the animal came from rescue. How long have you lived with this animal, any other animals who live with you? What are the challenges?Please give Mutsumi permission to connect with your animal before your session.

    Please provide a brief description of your main challenges and purpose for the communication session.

  • Mutsumi is happy to work with your specific time zone if the session times offered, aren’t the best options for your location. Please provide your name, location, service and date that you are interested in an email or you can leave a voice message. A reply email will be sent with an alternate time option for you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

    Note: The booking calendar is based on PST or PDT time zone depending on the time of year, and will allow you to place your time zone when booking. You will be able to see the time of your session based on your time zone.

  • You can pay with a credit card, debit card or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal payment system.

    If you reside in San Luis Obispo county California, and prefer paying with a personal check, please fill out the contact form or send an email. Refer to check as your preference along with the service you are interested in and your contact information.
