After booking your session, you will receive an email confirmation along with a Zoom link. If you have chosen a session with Phone instead of Zoom, please disregard the Zoom link.

Please be 5 minutes early for your appointment and have water, pen and paper to take any notes.

Animal communication is not a substitute for medical services provided by your veterinarian.

Please contact Mutsumi to Cancel or Reschedule a session. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your session time will incur a rescheduling fee of $80USD.
